Our Senior Management Team
Kevin and his wife Tonya built KC Services from the ground up to where it is today. Kevin and his wife Tonya reside in Greenwood, IN, have six children and four grandchildren. Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends, being a coach and golfing. Kevin is also the Chairman of KC’s Cause. Kevin’s goal with KC Services was to build a company that the employees can speak of with pride and appreciation.
Nick has worked with the company since it’s inception. Nick has spent time working in the field, as an account manager and now oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Nick attended Goshen college where he studied Business Management. Nick resides in Greenwood, IN with his wife, Carmen, and two children. Nick enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and hunting. Nick works tirelessly to improve the employee experience at KC Services, whether it be through improved resources, benefits or overall mood.
Erik has been with the company since 2021 after working 29 years in management with CNO. Erik attended Marion College where he studied Business Management. Erik resides in Noblesville Indiana and has two adult children and two grandchildren. Erik enjoys playing golf, spending time with his kids and grand kids and whenever possible, likes to travel and enjoy the beach. Erik also volunteers his time as the Treasurer of KC's Cause. Erik’s goal is to foster strong relationships with both our clients and vendors to offer the best possible partnership for all.
Kevin has been with the company since 2017 having worked his way through the ranks from a field technician to a lead Account Manager and to his current role as Operations Manager. His experience with both field and office responsibilities made his transition to Operations Management an easy move. Kevin, along with his wife and five children are long time residents of Martinsville, Indiana where he enjoys spending his free time involved in his kids’ extracurricular activities including dance and softball. Kevin strives daily to see that both the office and field technicians operate together for the same goal of providing a seamless service experience for all involved.
Dylan has been with the Company since 2021 where he worked his way through the ranks from a field technician to Dispatcher now into his current role as the Director of Coordination. He attended Vincennes University where he obtained a degree in Fire Science. Dylan resides in Greenwood, IN with his wife Shyla and their son Beau. In Dylan’s free time he enjoys family time as well as all things outdoors including hunting, fishing and sports. Dylan takes great pride in seeing the service team’s efficiency and effectiveness through precise scheduling of the technicians’ time and equipment needs.
Carson has been with the company since 2022. Carson started off as a helper/PM technician while learning HVAC at Ben Davis High School’s Area 31 career school while in high school. Carson’s true passion was computer technology, and it was quickly discovered that he possessed exceptional IT skills. Through some advanced training Carson found that he was able to take care of the company’s IT needs with less downtime and issues than prior solutions. Carson was then promoted to Director of IT where he now oversees the entire company’s IT and cellular needs. Carson resides in Greenwood and enjoys spending time with his family and working with electronics. Carson takes great pride in the implementation of advanced technology company wide and helping team members with any tech problems that arise.
